What the pilot is

    You choose 10 denials

    Injections, advanced imaging, surgery, or a stimulator. We do not pick the cases, and we do not log into your payer portals.

    We draft from the chart

    A person reviews the draft against the record. If the chart does not support an appeal, the draft says so.

    Your physician signs, and you submit

    The letter goes out on your letterhead, through your staff. We do not make the peer-to-peer call.

What stays on your side of the door

Before any chart

  • HIPAA-conscious handling, with a business associate agreement (BAA) signed before any PHI is shared.
  • No names, member IDs, dates of birth, or denial letters on this website, by text, or in a first email.
  • The physician remains the author of anything that is submitted.

This is not

  • A care provider or a peer-to-peer service.
  • Initial prior authorizations, coding, or hospital claim appeals.
  • A promise that a denial will be paid. The national figure above is not your overturn rate.
